Hmmm, I'm sticking with watching what I eat, whey protein shakes and exercise and it seems to be working out pretty good.

I think as long as you don't make excuses to yourself, you can push past the slow times. I have been working on the belly fat more then anything. It's taking alot of time but I try and keep pushing. Keep it up man.

You're awesome man! What are some of the changes you have made to be where you are today? I have only just started. I try and put in as much time at the gym as possible, but with my schedule it can be a little crazy.

Tell me about it, I'm getting married in February and we're talking about having kids pretty soon after that. I want to make sure that I am fit for my wife and kids and for me to. After a blood test from my doctor explaining I have slight high chloresterol and way over weight it scared me enough to do something. So here I am after over a year of diet and now a new workout program.

WOW! Dude, tremendous progress. I was at 318lbs myself. With the diet I'm down to 250, any suggestions for getting rid of the belly fat?
