Workout Program:
Lift Monday, Wednesday, Saturday
- currently grouping Back & Bi's, Chest and Tri's, and Legs. Shoulders either go with Back & Bi's or Chest and Tri's depending on which is less intense that week.

I have been doing track workouts with http://www.catch22trackclub.com/ on Tuesdays. These last about an hour and a half and usually consist of something like a 2 mile warm up, 2 mile cool down, and 6-8 sets of 600-800's as prescribed by the Catch22 coach.

Work in one long run every week or every other week.

Swim 2-3X/week most sessions are 30-60 minutes.

Bike to 5 miles to/from school 2X/week this takes about 20 minutes.

Recovery run 2X/week these range in duration, but average 45 minutes

Abs 4X/week 20-40 minutes as prescribed by The Complete Book of Abs

Structure is currently a big problem in my workouts - I need to design a formal periodized plan

I am currently reading The Triathlon Training Bible and have BIG plans on switching up my workouts.
