How I Started:
Having been athletic since I was in school, wrestling and running also lifting weights. I have always wanted to be strong and in shape. And to have a body that is envied by others.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me calm and relaxed. burns up excess energy so I am never bored. Makes me feel good about life.

Today I made it a point to start back to working out. I am tired of feeling sorry for myself from my injuries and to workout and get my self back in the grove, Saturday I weighed 290lbs the heaviest I have weighed and it hurts my back , my knees my feet and ankles. I have no sex drive right...

workout each body part 2 warm up sets 15-20 reps then 3sets to all out muscle failure.
then drop the weight til you can't do any more then drop again and finally once more drop weight and your completely exhausted and muscles are fatigued. I do this every other day,...
