How I Started:
Having been athletic since I was in school, wrestling and running also lifting weights. I have always wanted to be strong and in shape. And to have a body that is envied by others.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me calm and relaxed. burns up excess energy so I am never bored. Makes me feel good about life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at the photos of others who have made progress. Also from the comments of how much I have lost and that people can see it in my face and body.
