My goal for 2007 is to drop 30 lbs of bodyfat. My current bodyfat percentage is 25% and I want it to be under 15%. Once I reach that goal, I will begin another mass building push.

I am currently working out with Michelle Baker at Mike's Main Event in Kansas City. My plan for the beginning of 2007 is morning cardio 5 or more days a week. I'll also be doing interval weight training 3 days a week.
Hey man good luck this year...well good luck with this week how about. I know with my new year's resolution it seems impossible when I think about an entire year at once...but this week or even just today doesn't seem so bad. All your friends are girls!!! haha thats a good idea actually
