I always liked to see veins in my arms. So after I entered secondary school I began doing some dumbbell weights. After that I got addicted to exercising.
Why I Love It:
I feel good to know that I can do something. I also enjoy the feeling of vascularity and power in my arms.

Goal (Long):
I would really like to bench press 250+.Vascularity in my biceps is something that I would love to have more than anything else.Especially in my chest. With hard work and dedication and a bit of time, I know that I can achieve this in about 4years.

8-12 because its the ideal number..

That is correct my friend! Also a little tip that makes all the difference in the world: Take about 5 grams of branched chain amino acids before you train, that means cardio and weights. Your body won't burn up muscle for energy this way and your metabolism will stay higher!

Actually it's a myth that lighter weights and higher reps get you more defined. Not really the case. The times I've been the most cut is when I was lifting very heavy weights and low reps. It's the diet and cardio training that makes you cut.
