Have continued the bulking and it now comes to an end. My cutting diet starts now- 4 weeks to get a beach body!! Check my bulking pictures!!
Goal (Long):
I am now a huge 228 lbs (08 may 2008) and i feel enormous and have had to change my whole entire wardrobe over the past fews months to be XL instead of L (which has been expensive!!) My goal is to keep the frame and lean right down to create a more atheletic physique (cover model style).
I have great genetics for putting on muscle.

Rich, looking great in your new progress pictures. I'd say great job on the bulking phase. It looks like you've packed on some more muscle and this spring after the cutting phase you'll be looking better than ever. Keep up the great job!!
Rich, I've seen that you visited my bodyspace a few times lately but I'm not getting any messages from ya. I fiqured you had tried to respond to my last messsages I sent you and if so nothing is coming through. Thought I'd send you a message via this route to let you know. Merry Christmas buddy, thanks for all your help and encouragement over the past few months. I've done a little to much splurging. I hope you are enjoying some of the great food too. I'm looking forward to us having a great year in 2008. See ya buddy!

I don't know if I ever replied to you...lol Sorry if I didn't... I am starting the "diet" on Dec 10.. Can't wait... I have been kicking up my cardio and weights... My tush is SCREAMIN' today (boy, THAT doesn't sound good...lol) I talked with my traininer and he said that I am FINE where I am, so that was reassuring... Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!!!
fat burning express and targeted express. So far my workouts have been something like this:
M- back bis run 20 mins HIIT running
T- hams, glutes calves abs
W-rest
Th-chest shoulders tris 20 mins HIIT running
Fri- quads calves abs
Sat- rest
Sun- run 30 mins then abs
I no longer ahve as much time in the gym for each session but want to growth the muscles and burn the fat. What do you think?
