This is me at 150lbs. I trained a lot more in the last few weeks. Haven't lost any weight but my waist has gone down about an inch and my arms and chest are a little bigger.

This is me at 147lbs. Lost a few lbs and my waist has gone down another inch. I didn't train hard enough or eat good enough either. I want to lower my waist measurement and bodyfat levels a bit more before I start to bulk.
