I was always skinny and wanted to put on some muscle.
Why I Love It:
It allows me to transform my body and build some muscle.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have trouble staying motivated but I just remind myself if I work out hard I could have a great body in only a few months.
“The last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. This area of pain divides the champion from someone else who is not a champion. That's what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they'll go through the pain no matter what happens.” - arnie
BB Accomplishments:
Forum Signature:
"Love the workout, not the results." - Greg Plitt.
Never give in, Never give up... NEVER BACK DOWN
My goal is to have a nice big ripped underwear model body like that of Marky Mark or Peter Andre in their prime!
I need to gain a lot of muscle and lose body fat.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 30 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
7%

Thanks a lot man, I really appreciate it. It was diet, diet, and more diet...lol. Just find something that works for you and stick with it. I know you can do it man!!!
Hey Rich! Thanks for the compliment, man! What's your workout and meal plan like? I also noticed you have a home gym. Here's a link to an article I wrote about the benefits of having a home gym:

L et me know what you think!
got enough advice from enough people here already but all I can say is do something different
go nuts
squat 3 times a week
deadlift twice a week
eat until you nearly vomit.
then the normal bodybuilding requirements will seem easy.
Hey richard, was just reading your training log, you haven't updated it for 2 months, still going? I started the stronglifts program in october, finding it worth the hard work!
