Hey Rich! Thanks for the add! Don't worry, we'll get you where you want to be. You'll be surprised at how quickly you can get there. True, it takes time, but the results last for decades, if you stick with it.

I like to train mostly at home. If I have my alter bridge music and enough weights, it's all I need. I enjoy the peace and quiet.
The rack, well I purchased it after upgrading from a squat rack a few years ago. It's a powerline power rack and attachment. I was going to go with the bodypower line's more expensive model but I wasn't making much $ back then.. Though I have never had to upgrade it.

Thankx bro. Dedication and perserverence. Gotta train legs if ya want them to GROW qand not here and there. Every week. Stick to the compound movements and start of easy at first and slowly increase the sets and addind exercises each week. If you try to go balls to the wall right off the bat, chances are you won't be able to walk for a couple of days. BOL

i've actually heard variations of that before. even when i was in contest shape and went to pose with a a few friends of mine (one of which was also competing) we hung out at a pool and then hit the posing later and he told me he wasn't worried about me until we started posing. I guess I just look very different posing than natural.

Thanks Bro! When I was your age I would just do as many as I could...rest and repeat about 5-6 times. Vary your hand position (hands close together, far apart, etc). Also make sure to weight train all your muslce groups hard at least once per week.

My father did 114. I have only done 100 at one time. But I am training for the NPC southern states Men's fitness competition where I plan on doing my all time best.
