I was always athletic in school participating and competing in team sports. I played competitive baseball, hockey, football, etc. I became fascinated with the body and began exercising with weights when I was 18 years old. Since then I've gone through my life process with sculpting the body, power lifting, and I am now focusing on strength and conditioning with the human body externally (physical) and internally (Qi Gong).
Why I Love It:
I love to exercise because it is a great way for me to relax, it is a personal hobby of mine that I do on a regular basis, and its great for your health.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by remembering how fortunate I am with my life and health. I exercise to remind myself that I will live a longer and productive life if I continue to exercise and eat well.
BB Accomplishments:
None, and I never competed in body building. I've thought about it many times but never pursued it. At this time in my life my main focus is to focus my attention on the internal portion of training our body. By doing regular Qi Gong it will help increase your conditioning, breathing, maximize your presses, pushes, conditioning, etc.
