hey... yeah, i'm not really into posting pics on the web... so not sure if i'll post anything... just finished my Friday AM workout. i enjoy lifting weights... i hate cardio. i probably hit my treadmill once a week. i know that really isn't enough.

I knew Richard when he first enrolled at Menai gym. He was about 76kgs. He now weights about 106kgs. Great gains, more a power lifter than a body builder. Keep up the good work and remember not to 'abuse' yourself if you want to stand 'erect' and strong in your old age. Go for strict form.
