I began training during high school for football and then began dabbling in bodybuilding during college. After college I became hooked and set my sights on my first show. The rest is history.
Why I Love It:
Being challenged with weights presents a unique experience to always improve. Pushing yourself and others forward is exhilarating.
How I Stay Motivated:
Desire to improve. Sheer love of training hard. God gives me my strength.

Offseason training has begun in full swing with some heavier lifting. Legs, Push and Pull is the current split focusing on big, compound movements and taking a little more rest to push bigger weights. Squats, rack deads, straight-leg deads, heavy lunges, bar rows, incline bench and db presses...
I am getting ready for March, feels like its just around the corner already. It goes by faster and faster. I'm also trying to find a new job, so hopefully I can move on with my life now that I have accomplished all my financial goals....

Thanks :) I actually wanted to talk to you about that. I am looking at doing your show in April. I'm working on my diet/training plan right now, but I will definitely need your help with learning how to pose. Are you still doing posing on Saturdays?
