Previously a meathead in high school and college dayz, who then became curious how to better my efforts. Curiosity sucked me into my first show and the challenge keeps me around.
Why I Love It:
Being challenged with weights presents a unique experience to always improve. Pushing yourself and others forward is exhilarating.
How I Stay Motivated:
Desire to improve. Surrounding yourself with other hungry ironheads. Sheer love of training hard.

Helping clients achieve success. Still working on mine.

Exciting events are on the horizon for me and a few top clients including three pro qualifiers and three trips to New York. My training partner, James McGuire, has begun preparation for the INBF Hercules show in NYC to do battle for a WNBF natural pro card. He is ahead of schedule as planned at...
Right now we are training with a good mix of heavy and shock. Shock includes higher rep sets, pre-exhaustion and supersets. There is no such thing as light. Heavy includes reps in the 3-6 range on big compound movements. Lean mass is the goal right now for the next several weeks.
Check out my new long term goal.. heehee! I got a CRAZY pump doing high-resistance cardio on the bike yesterday. All the muscles in my quads were popped majorly. Kind of scary, yet kind of sweeeeet!
very cool...how come you wont be stepping on stage in Indy too? Its gonna be a great show.

Dropped under 140 again. Currently at 138, woohoo! Went jeans shopping yesterday and had to get a size 8 cause my legs wouldn't fit in anything smaller, but they're huge on my hips haha. Oh well, that's what belts are for I guess!
It is pretty freaky seeing abs for the first time. I was freaked out when i saw them coming in.
Got sidetracked for 2 days, having finals and all that bullcrap, but im back on 100 percent bro.
I was starting to think Im pussing out on this whole diet after all that work. haha.
haha dude, this is pretty fun cutting down. finally i dont have a gut sticking out and have trouble with putting a 34 inch pair of jeans around my waist. WOOT. Too bad im still not as lean you..... yet :P
That would be cool but take it easy on me. I am still young and inexperienced lol. Just trying to do good at a local show hoping to persue a pro card at sometime when I am bigger and feel more confident in my show condition. But it would be cool to see you on stage
