I have always worked out my entire life, my dad was really into bodybuilding and fitness. I use to watch him train almost everyday. My dads determination to get stronger and be better everyday made a big impact on me. I was in love with Lou Ferrigno and met him at the age of 6. I worked out all through high school and college up until today.
Why I Love It:
I love working out......no wait did I say I love working out. That is not so true. I enjoy a challenge and transforming my body. Working out is something you have to do to get there. The question should be why do you love to like the way you look?
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation comes from many things, the biggest is the transformation that your body goes through, when you have the diet and the training in sync. Motivation also comes from living in florida and not having a winter to hide your pudge!
BB Accomplishments:
Placing 2nd and 3rd at the Anna Level Figure Show in West Palm Beach! Moving on to the next!
