chadder you animal, your dropping mad poundage. how are those shoulders doing. i have been a slacker for the last couple weeks. you guys down for the rodeo? you should see the belt buckles i had made for first place!!!!!

i lost 3 pounds last week and my benchpress max is increasing rapidly so i think things are going pretty good so far. unfortunately i met up with some college buddies last weekend which resulted in many 12oz. curls. guess ill have to do extra cardio this week :(

how are you doing on your plan? Week 1 is over, thank god. i find the first two weeks are the hardest to get through. after that working out becomes more routine.

sandra, good luck with your goals, i just started myself. i think this sight will be helpful for us! certainly it takes some guts posting our before pictures next to all these sub 10% bodyfat individuals! they are truly inspirational and their photos help me to push through workouts!
