USED TO BODYBUILD IN COLLEGE. THAT WAS 10 YEARS AGO. UNFORTUNATELY FOR THE LAST DECADE I HAVE BEEN BUILDING THE WRONG KIND OF BODY. TIME TO GET BACK IN TO THE SADDLE!
Why I Love It:
NOTHING FEELS QUITE AS GOOD A LEAN HEALTHY PHYSIQUE. IT BOOSTS SELF ESTEEM AS WELL AS RESPECT FROM OTHERS FOR YOUR DEDICATION AND HARD WORK.

JUST STARTED BACK UP, RIGHT NOW THE MOTIVATION IS THE MIRROR!!
Hey! I think i'm getting used to going to the gym now, before it felt like torture. Now, I can honestly say that I enjoy my time there... and because of that, I get a better work out. How are you doing with your goals?
Thanks for the support, it is greatly appreciated! I'm just starting out and it's hard and embarrasing to post up those pictures, but I think it's the only way. I find myself coming on this website every day now just to look at other people's transformations, and they are so inspiring... great motivation! Good luck with everything!
