I was always fat when i was younger. . . at some point I moved out and started losing weight when i got down to about 190 I figured if I could lose 20 more I could join the Military and I did.
Why I Love It:
Wearing myself out and watching the lbs increase is always a challenge.
How I Stay Motivated:
To give my wife the best i can give her.
BB Accomplishments:
I was 285 lbs at 5'7" not so much anymore.

I usually get up at 4 to be at the gym at 430 so I can get there before the rest of the base does but apparently the rest of the base is figuring this out and now these *******s are showing up earlier and earlier to sit on machines...
