How I Started:
I just needed to lose weight because I was diagnosed with a heart problem linked to (surprise) obesity. In fact I am scheduled for angiogram at the end of this year. I want to give my doctor a shocker~
Why I Love It:
It's plain addictive in a good way. An inexpensive way of lifting one's self worth.

I've lost the fat, now I want to Gain muscle.
Goal (Long):
Last January of this year (2007) I weighed 200 lbs and I'm only 5'6" talk about obese, I can't believe I weighed that much! I went into lifestyle change most especially my diet. After 9 months I'm down to 150 lbs, start clean bulk. I want to meet my abs. And maybe a little bulge in my arms and chest, not really a fan of huge muscles, not for me I'm too short for that.

It's been two weeks since I injured my finger and I feel very sluggish and out of shape. I've been doing cardio and abs exercises but not as often and hard as I wanted to. There's a lingering pang on my right hand and it's very irritating. I've been drinking a lot again, so what's new?, and...
