I've been working out on an off for years since high school... not very consistent but I try to stay motivated.. And I'm getting pretty serious.... Not looking for mass, but more tone and cardio.....
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel better about myself.. And of course stronger and more fit
How I Stay Motivated:
Do better on my PT Test... Yes I'm in the military so I try to stay in shape... Plus I'm not getting any younger.... And I'm actually trying to watch what I eat.. And doing a pretty good job of it.....
