When I Started:
Nov, 2005
How I Started:
My football coach got me started.
Why I Love It:
It's amazing how I can be in control of the way I look, and the way I feel when I work out is the greatest feeling ever. I'm not going to lie, when I enter the gym it's a total competition. If I see someone bigger than me, I look at how I am shaped better, if I see someone lifting more than me, I think how my form is better, anyone that I look at in the gym I find some aspect in myself that is better than them. Don't get me wrong though, I will and do give my respect to someone who is truly great.
How I Stay Motivated:
By constantly staying critical of myself and finding areas that need improving. Oh yeah, and I always have fun.

Your new pictures are amazing, it is appropriate that you posted them on Veteran's Day when we should all be thinking of you and your comrades.
You can really see from the pictures that you blew the competition right out of the water with an impressive combination of size and definition, including big legs to match the upper body. Congratulations on your win, you should do well in your next contest.
I believe it is everyone fear. For the sholder search for rotator cuff injury, there are a set of movements you will like to try as part of the warm up. In fact no matter what I warm my shoulders before doing chest or back. And yes I was talking about your elbow. Saw a post about it. Good luck.
Josh, your shoulder will keep giving you trouble from here until the end, the trick for me was (and is) not to lift as heavy as I use to, but to do volume through the number of reps. Now I do the same but start doing pyramids until failure. Please share what you have done so far. -Frank
