Started step 3 in my workout starts (warmup w/ chest workout 100lbs 4 set7 then to Lying cable row for triceps 4-sets 5 then into rev,curl row 4of 5 then filp on bench and straight arm overhead pulls 5 sets of 5 then into lundges using the cables 5-sets 8 then work the upper back and lower
Oh Boy , now that I've done the deadly 7 , I have added more on to it now I'm putting in the sweet T=bar for my back and legs I then round out at 480, then reverse my hand and curl it as well . Doing 5of 6 love the pain from this I will go to a mild skull-crusher with the straight bar...
hey man, yeah working at the new workout is going really well. My shoulders are lagging behind a bit so yesterday I blasted them with dropsets and supersets of mil.press, clean & press and upright rows. Added 1 inch to arms and my back and chest are shaping up quite nice.

Good luck with that!! I'm sure you could lose a few quick just from expelling water weight mixed with interval runs ;) Don't eat too much over thanksgiving I know I'm going to TRY not to.
i just started a new regimen this week. I try to switch it every 4-6 weeks. I have seen results but not enough for my liking.
I used to do cardio 3x a week now I am 5x a week. Got to lose 10 lbs.
