Yo, dude, what's up? Killer Avi. Looks like a cover to me. winwinwin. I'm good..looking into flying out to Cali next month to get some cool magazine shots of my own. I'm upgrading my camera equipment for more of my own shoots, too...so we gotta do sometime, bro, Hardcore-like! haha. Seriously, though, I hope things are well back in Dallas and if you ever need some Russians to do shots with, you know who to call, dude!

I mainly just eat carbs in the morning and around workouts. Otherwise it's healthy fats and protein. Btw, thanks for the inspirational member vote! Good luck!

Hey, sure thing dude. I mainly use incline angles for pressing movements...that and weighted dips. And mainly heavy bent lateral raises for shoulders. I sometimes put razor wire on the bar to give me more incentive to push it up. Good luck!
