What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
My guess would be because of those Tapout-wearing badasses with tribal tattoos and mean expressions on their faces, no?

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
Essential amino acids w/ a carbohydrate mix and beta-alanine. No goin' skimpy on the carbs, either. Sometimes citrulline and arginine, too.

The age-old See-Food diet..with lots of protein. Many people with fast metabolisms don't understand about just how many calories they require to build a significant amount of muscle. These same "hardgainers" lose fat tremendously easy, so why would they follow a conventional bodybuilder's diet anyway? This is where I think the magazines go terribly wrong in giving diet advice.
