One day when I was about 14 years old and watching baseball, my dad--for some reason, out of nowhere-- starts talking about getting into fights with people. ??
Nodding his head as if with an air of wisdom and a twinkle in his eye, he said to me, "Ya know, son, just remember, no matter how big you get, there'll always be someone bigger."

Why I Love It:
I always liked strategy games and role-playing games...ya know, where you apply strategy and level up?. Bodybuilding is the same way. It also keeps me from being a homeless junkie who can't spell his last name and eats pidgeons under the overpass on Highway 25.

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
Essential amino acids w/ a carbohydrate mix and beta-alanine. No goin' skimpy on the carbs, either. Sometimes citrulline and arginine, too.

I got a laugh out of your writing 'My body is a sculpture!' as a bit of an experiment in the gym. That kind of self-deprecating humor is too seldom employed in today's world. Particularly by vacuous, empty-headed, self-centered Adonis types. Right? ;)
