Football...the desire to be the strongest...yata yata. And Dragonball Z! Hell yeah!!!
Why I Love It:
I always liked strategy games and role-playing games...ya know, where you apply strategy and level up and everything. Bodybuilding is the same way. It also keeps me from being a homeless junkie who can't spell his last name and who eats pidgeons under the overpass on Highway 25 on the night of a full moon while all his homeless friends just say, "Aww, that's just crazy ol' Cleatus."
How I Stay Motivated:
I like to watch the simple plebs go about their daily grind like a flock of sheep. The sheep never stray. The sheep never neigh. The sheep are nothing but prey. I am not prey.
BB Accomplishments:
Seeing how many times I could say, "My Body is a Sculpture!!" in the weight room before I started to piss people off.
hook up with bodyspace hunnies!!!
..kidding...kidding.
Goal (Long):
I want to bury my competition. I want to hear the lamentations of their women as I cast their mates asunder. There will be no room for tears, for they will know...they will know..deep down, they will realize the folly of their hopes in that glorious ideal they call "winning."
They will first fall into denial, then frustration...rage, and then sadness. It is such a vicious cycle...so vicious, yes. vicious indeed.
...... and I also want to inspire others to take up a healthy lifestyle !
What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
Essential amino acids w/ a carbohydrate mix and beta-alanine. No goin' skimpy on the carbs, either. Sometimes citrulline and arginine, too.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
The age-old See-Food diet..with lots of protein. Many people with fast metabolisms don't understand about just how many calories they require to build a significant amount of muscle. These same "hardgainers" lose fat tremendously easy, so why would they follow a conventional bodybuilder's diet anyway? This is where I think the magazines go terribly wrong in giving diet advice. Oats and tuna while bulking...please..The age-old See-Food diet..with lots of protein. Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Pulled pecs. Pulled Hamstrings. And two torn ACL's--thanks to football. It sucks. I take time off--either for the body part, or the whole body. Then, I don't do anything stupid until I start feeling like a lucky little punk again. Pulled pecs. Pulled Hamstrings. And two torn ACL's--thanks to football. It sucks.
