Goal (Short): shoulder is on the mend, im slowly getting back into lifting weights and starting to push harder. my goal now is to carry on with the CV but get heavier on the weights, im gonna do it completely naturally this time without the help of protein and cr

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
a mix of isolation exercises and shear just going heavy(alternate between the two)

shoulder is getting better every week now, i am starting to push harder on the weights, the cardio is going really well and i have dropped some fat, i am probably fitter than i have ever been thanks to my mountain bike and the cross trainer at the gym.

still a couple exercises i want to do...

Thanks for the compliment :) Diet is huge for being lean. It's all about choices - No need to be jiggly just cuz you're over 40! Look at what everyone eats! It's not brain surgery :) You already know what I mean tho!
