nisi1912 Hmm. Okay. Thank you. I took rests, but only did about 30 seconds. Someone even started asking me about supplements and we talked a good 10 minutes and I was still done in under 30. I'm used to 90 minute workouts and a lot more reps and sets than that so I cut my breaks down. Just wanted to make sure I was doing the right number of sets. Thanks for the quick response!
