THANK YOU so much for your opinion! I really do appreciate it. I LOVE being tight and toned - it FEELS GREAT! For now, I think I'm going to put a hold on losing anymore BF and just continue to build muscle. I'll see how that goes. Thanks so much for your input! :)

I know its probably all in my head..but it seems like taking a week off and not lifting and not eating 100% clean makes me feel like I am back to square one..I feel like my muscle is shrinking by the minute! :)
