Currently I am weight training 5 days a week, hitting legs twice a week and cardio 4 times a week.
Reps range from up to 25, to as little as 8 depending on what I do.
Everything is ever changing on the Poynter's plan!

Nothing but clean eating while on bikini prep. Limited carbs in oat/yam, veggie form. 5-6 meals per day

I been thinking about my goals lately. I really want to do a show, but then I think: is this going to mess up my metabolism? Will I become a starving wreak? Will I spend so much money on something I wont even like or want to do again? I really want to know the experience..... I think I am looking out too far ahead.
