How I Started:
I started when I was around 20ish just using a home gym but only stuck with it for about a year. I wasn't really dedicated. I've tried to get back into it several times but something always disrupts my training.
Why I Love It:
I like feel strong, have more energy and confidence as well.
How I Stay Motivated:
Mostly by seeing results.
BB Accomplishments:
nothing major yet. But I want to cut my bodyfat down as soon as I can get a current figure.
