How I Started:
I have been trying to get started off and on for a while but became committed when I added a home gym on to my home and used it to motivate other moms in the neighborhood.
Why I Love It:
It gives me energy and clears my mind. It also provides for a fun & productive couple of hours with the "laidies of the hood" (my neighbors).
How I Stay Motivated:
It's a daily effort but I have been visiting some of the female blogs on here to stay motivated and get tips. Some have been helpful, some are just a bunch of babble about non workout related issues.... but it's all good!
BB Accomplishments:
Just looking to be fit, not buff so I am slimming down while getting tone.

Yes that would be great if we can help each other on here! I'll try to get tips and share them with you as I get them. The hardest part will just be starting the routine I'm sure, but once your on it and you start seeing results I'm sure it will help keep us motivated.
