When I Started:
How I Started: Took a deep breath when I was 25y/o and all I saw were ribs (147lbs). I knew I needed to do something to beef up a bit.
Why I Love It: knowing you control how you look
How I Stay Motivated: I look at the out of shape guy my age. nuf said. Love being mistaken for 30 something. Plus, I have to keep up with those 20 somethings in sports.
BB Accomplishments: Putting on nearly 40lbs since I started working out. Meeting some fantastic people on this site. You guys are the greatest.

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): Just trying to stay ahead of the game and look decent for my age. Don't want to be an invalid and be homebound when I hit my 60's. Hope it's working.
Goal (Long): would love to see what I can look like at 190lbs. it's been so difficult gaining and maintaining good muscle weight all while keeping the bodyfat under control.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 13%

What forearm workout has worked best for you?
Forearms? We have to also work forearms? LOL. Okay, the standard dumbbell forearm raises, with the forearm resting on the edge of a bench and the wrist about one inch off the edge. Bring that wt down ...more
