Just trying to stay ahead of the game and look decent for my age. Don't want to be an invalid and be homebound when I hit my 60's. Hope it's working.
Goal (Long):
would love to see what I can look like at 190lbs. it's been so difficult gaining and maintaining good muscle weight all while keeping the bodyfat under control.

Bring that wt down as far as you can, raise it up as high in return. Concentrate, flex the forearm throughout, and feel the burn baby. Feel the burn. Forearms? We have to also work forearms? LOL. What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Single overhead dumbbell raises. Amazing control. Amazing burn and pump. Keep the movement constant, slow and determined. Elbow close to the cabeza and move the DB just slightly behind the head to just past parallel to the floor, then forcefully bring it back to the starting position. I love to flex the tris after every set. PUMP IT UP. Yikes: I love weighted dips too. INTENSE.Single overhead dumbbell raises. Amazing control. Amazing burn and pump.
