Kris Gethin's 12 weeks transformation 2nd time
I am stariting the 12 week transoration tomorrow. This will be the second time I have done it. The first time was last summer and I only made thru 8 weeks. But I lost 15 pound (gained 5 back) and looked the best I ever have.
I am really motivated to complet it this time. No excuses, like I made last time: its to hot, I dont feel good, I did well for 52 years old. time man up and get to my goal of "1985 boot camp weight"
