How I Started:
At my school we went to the weight room for PE. I didn't want to seem weak around the guys and I wanted to stay in shape, so I started working out more frequently.
Why I Love It:
I just love the atmosphere of working out. I feel like I have accomplished something when I depart from the doors of the gym after a hard pumping workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at other people who have great physiques and remind myself that that is my goal. I say to myself that in order to acheive that goal I have to work harder and more frequently.

Just having a healthy life style is the biggest and most rewarding accomplishment that I could have.

Goal (Long):
My goal to transform my body into a nice physique has been my goal for a lng time. I don't think that I am fat or anything, I think of my image as slim. But I don't want slim anymore. When I go to school I want the girls to sizzle over my body. I have been working out, and keeping watch of what I eat. I think the reason why I haven't fully reached my goal is because I didn't have a fondational plan to look upon. Thats why I created a bodyspace account. I think this is the step to take in order to reach my goal. I want to have a models body. I think I have what it takes but need to develope my body.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I do not follow a plan as of now it seems to complex to me. I simply try my best to eat healthy. I stay away from large portions and limit my sweet intake.

I rather keep it a secert and surpise them with my results.

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Always keep in mind of your goals, that is what keeps me going. I also think it is good to have a partner with you to keep you on track.
