Bigpopsonswoll To be honest you are not going to grow spending 3 hours in the gym. Unless you eat a lot of cal/protein. If you hit the gym hard and really go to failure you can get it done 45 min - 1hr. Doing so will limit your sets but the gains is through the roof. Feb 18, 2010 9:51am
