Haha nope, didn't get that memo! Yeah I felt the urge to expel when I was rounding lap 2, but I managed to keep it down. Didn't help me though!

Well I learned this morning that 2-mile run and a few of scoops of NO Xplode don't really get a long. I thought I was going to be hi-speed and take some before the APFT. I took care of business with the pushups and situps no sweat, but then going into the second mile of the run I got some intense pumps in my quads and calves to the point that it burned like a cramp and I could barely bend at the knee. Instead of being hi-speed, I got my worst 2-mile time ever!

Haha thanks! Yeah, these two games are going to be intense. Just because unranked Pitt is playing #2 WVU in a rivalry game at our stadium with a national championship on the line doesn't mean they're just going to lay on the field! I'll be there and something tells me it's going to be just as rowdy (or maybe worse) as the last Virginia Tech game in 2005.

Buckeyes, hm!? I bet you're going to watch the Missouri game like a hawk. Despite being a rivalry game I'm pretty sure I can already predict what's going to happen when Pitt comes down here to Morgantown...shit, I better keep an eye on my couch...

I have in the past and yes, it's helped a lot! Once I ate a Big 100 bar before a PT test and that actually slowed me down. Too much to digest. I've also used a Power Bar Energy Gel between the situps and run with pretty good results.

Yeah...big ouch! I think I've just been burning myself out with the first two events because by the time I start the run I already feel out of steam and I can't run fast. It may just be a lack of conditioning. It also doesn't help that I despise cardio, but apparently I'm going to need to get over that!

Yeah, that looks pretty solid, I'll have to give it a try. About that APFT...I usually max pushups and pump out about 66 situps, but what kills me is the run. My best is a 14:45, but after my summer bulking my last run was a 16:15 or so. Any advice?

Hey, tell me a little more about your workout program (it seems to be working well for you!). I'm doing a 5x5 and it feels like I'm not doing enough reps. I'm going for mass/strength (and still trying to pass the APFT).

Oh, I definitely agree! My mistake was that I didn't take the time to look at the first guy's work. It didn't help that he rushed it too. I state my case to another (far more talented) artist, she forwarded it to the owner, and the agreed to give me a quality cover-up. In my opinion that's good business practice, plus I got some quality work done!

Thanks for that, I'm not sure if you can make it out very well, but the tat is an eagle with some tribal stuff and an American flag interwoven in the background. It's actually a cover up - the original was an American flag "patch" (like the BDU/ACU patch), but the guy who did it did such a terrible job I got this one to cover it at the shop's expense!

I'm workin' on it!!! I took some time off at the end of the summer, then spent some time cuttin' down. Didn't really post my progress (lazy and busy) though. The good news is...I'm comin' back!

Nothing goes together better than a nicely tailored set of Class A's and a great body to fill it in! Good luck, LT!

Yeah, hopefully that 2nd cycle will go well for you. I gained like 15lbs. with M1D/IGH1/LM and I'm really hoping I can get to 200 by the end of my cycle. After that I'm going to try and maintain for 4 weeks, then we get to see how much actual lean muscle mass I've gained because that's when all I start cutting and leaning out.

Sounds like you've done it all! A buddy of mine is an 11C (Indirect Fire Infantryman) and another buddy of mine is a Combat Medic. He went over with 1st Cav about 2 yrs. ago

So how's everything going without the Methyl 1-D? I see you're on some of the other LG stuff. I'll be finishing up my M1-D/I-GH-1/Liquid Masterdrol in a little over a week and will be moving on to LG Formadrol Extreme/Tirb Extreme for 4 weeks. I'm also thinking about trying Legal Gear Transform (which is still available with a little bit of searching) thereafter.

Just wanted to say great idea on making that military talk thread. A lot of good info there. So what'd you do in the Army anyway?
