When I Started: Oct, 2007
How I Started: Some of my friends started and they started to get bigger. I didn't want to get left behind. Main reason though is I just wasn't happy with my body.
Why I Love It: Starting to get some compliments, and I'm stronger than i've ever been.
How I Stay Motivated: Pure dedication. Measuring myself every 3 weeks or so.
BB Accomplishments: My highest bench max was 185 back in high school. Hadn't really dedicated myself to working out until now and now I'm at 245.

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Lower back! Took about a month before i could workout again.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Lift with good form even if you have to use less weight. Learned that the hard way.

Thank you for the very kind compliment. My diet is 5 to 6 small, hi protein, low (high glycemic) carb, low (bad) fat meals a day with 2 to 3 of the meals being in the form of protein shakes. I stick pretty close to the “Body for Life” eating program, which gives you 1 built in “cheat” day per week so that if you have any cravings you can address them without messing up your diet.
