Why I Love It:
Starting to get some compliments, and I'm stronger than i've ever been.
How I Stay Motivated:
Pure dedication. Measuring myself every 3 weeks or so.
BB Accomplishments:
My highest bench max was 185 back in high school. Hadn't really dedicated myself to working out until now and now I'm at 245.

Thank you for the very kind compliment. My diet is 5 to 6 small, hi protein, low (high glycemic) carb, low (bad) fat meals a day with 2 to 3 of the meals being in the form of protein shakes. I stick pretty close to the “Body for Life” eating program, which gives you 1 built in “cheat” day per week so that if you have any cravings you can address them without messing up your diet. Let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
