Salut.
Ah, bon? Moi, je suis en prise de masse aussi. Et je plafonne a 87kg exactement aussi. 23% de graisse corporelle. Mais ca va. Kris Geffin va me remmettre en pleine forme.
Mais 100kg? Tu peux y atteindre? Pour moi c'est presque impossible. Le plus lourd que j'ai jamais pese c'etait 95kg.

La forme? ;-) (J'espere).
Alors quoi de neuf? Apparemment toi et moi, on pese le meme: 88kg. Je ne veux pas dire que je suis sec. Rien de moins precis. Mais c'est tout prevu. Fin mars je commence a me secher. Je ne suis pas sur si je veux suivre le programme de Kris Gethin. Je trouve de plus en plus d'adherants qui l'ont fait. Bon, on verra.
Mais alors toi? De nouveaux programmes?
