How I Started:
I was always into sports and really athletic but I was also really skinny. At first, I just concentrated on what's easiest for a skinny body... ABS! But soon, around 2005ish, I began trying to bulk up. And since then, I've gained about 25 pounds. I've lost the really toned abs I once had, but I am determined to get them back!
Why I Love It:
I love pushing myself to the limit. Everyday is a new challenge and I love the feeling of when I accomplish it. When I started working out, I could barely bench 225 and now I'm up to 300+! What's not to love about progress!?
How I Stay Motivated:
The simple answer is.. why would I want to lose everything I've worked so hard to gain? But honestly, coming on websites like bb.com and seeing all the physiques I've always longed for is a great motivator.
I've been working out for about 5 years solid now. Well, I say 5 years, but for about 4 and 1/2 of those, my training slacked, and my diet was even worse. Years back, I was a very skinny kid. Being skinny, I was able to eat whatever I wanted, do minimal cardio, skip workouts, and still...
