No, it's just a crappy 'bouncer'-type job in a nightclub, no intelligence required haha.. You just have to pass a 4 day training course and a 2 hour exam and pay £245 for it :( but I am in my final year of a history degree at the moment - pointless? Yes lol :( Here, I simply cannot get rid of my bodyfat!! No matter what I do :( Any tips?
Hello :) I'm camera shy lol, I'll wait til I have something to boast about in them haha. Yeah, workin security is tough, especially as I'm so freaking small :( I just rely on a forced ******* attitude, jiu jitsu and my radio for back up lol. Deffo need to get bigger though :(
Hey bud! I am a regular user since last year. Its shown me fair results and helps a lot with recovery. Guess I am pretty satisfied! Keep training hard!
No you didn't. That's great. This on this end are great. Training is going real well. A little sickness has been going around and I caught it a bit but not that bad, so it didn't interfere with my training.
thanks man and now that i no that i will opt to take it for granted that i have such a thing wiht my arms i do work Extra hard on them tho :) LMAO and man its jus hard for me to see my gains and / losses ill take another pik in 5 weeks same pose and do a bodyfat test again and see ware im at.
well when you bulk how many cals' are you taken in? next time i bulk ill try to hit 3700 or 3800. also if your looking for mass gainer go on line and look for something called "Super Mass Gainer, its 240 grams of carbs 50 grams of protein and 1280 cals. theres even a gram of creitene in it.) also if you add Skim Milk and Chocolate suroup u can extended it to near 1500-1600 cals and 300 grams of carbs in 1 shake!! im doen it :D!!! it works
ehh bro its me again. Question have you ever gone through a serious 10-12 week cut cycle before. imbeen on a steady loss of weight but my sthomach has barly changed and ive went from 159-148 in 6 weeks do u no if it normally takes this long b4 a big chunk of it starts to shred off ur abs?
thanks! haha sorry. actually we didn't even know we were going to be doing the tug of war til about 15min beforehand...there were sororities and fraternities having a mud volleyball tournament, and we happened to be having our Leadership Orientation Day for ROTC around the same location...so we just jumped on in haha!
