I started lifting about 6 years ago to become stronger for wrestling. Once I started, I got that itch to continue improving my physique. I currently consider myself as a power lifter though. I started out loving basketball and had dreams of playing in the NBA until I was old enough to realize...
yaa broo i bulk on about 3200 or so 6000 is rediculas on paper mabye but trust me i was taking digestive enzymes wen i was on 3800 or more cuz thats ALOT to sthomach
Well it looks like its working pretty good for you, so keep it up dude. Floor presses are usually done on a power rack and you lay flat on your back on the floor. Then do bench from there, when you come down with the weight your elbows will touch the ground. You will loose momentum and will be forced to push up from the bottom. This will also give you a incrediable chest pump. What are doing to get your abs poppin like that man?
i rarely ever show myself in glasses..and i cant see as good outta them..haha..that is so awesome u r gonna do a powerlifting comp..u have what 3 weeks to go?? hope u r having a great weekend!!
I have started doing floor presses to help with that pause and seems to be working good. Goodluck with getting 225, i am doing to attempt 415 on deadlift. What kind of PL workout are you doing right now?
Thanks man it was great and i can't wait to do my next one. The only thing that caught me off gaurd was how long they make you hold the weight on your chest for the bench press. Keep that in mind during your training keep those lifts big man!
Good luck on your comp, man. I don't have nearly the strength to do something like that. There's a possibility of competing in a show in the spring, just not powerlifting. Only time will tell...
No, it's just a crappy 'bouncer'-type job in a nightclub, no intelligence required haha.. You just have to pass a 4 day training course and a 2 hour exam and pay £245 for it :( but I am in my final year of a history degree at the moment - pointless? Yes lol :( Here, I simply cannot get rid of my bodyfat!! No matter what I do :( Any tips?
