I started lifting to get stronger for wrestling.
Why I Love It:
I like having a good physique and enjoy experiencing the pumps that lifting brings.
How I Stay Motivated:
I set short-term goals,have friends with the same interest,and am just in the habit of working out.Besides, this may come in handy once I graduate and get into the criminal justice field.
BB Accomplishments:
Well I placed 1st at the police/fire Nationals in Toledo Ohio on Dec.5th. But nobody else was in my weight class lol. So totalling over 900lbs in the 148lbs weight class at my 1st powerlifting meet.

If ur tryen to pak on calories heres another simple tip - 1 cup of penuts b4 bed every nite - 930 calories, 76 grams of fats , 30 grams protein :) and its slow digesting so ur muscles will feel whiile you sleep
i am using some chains in my workouts to work on explosiveness i think it will help ... i also think i just need to get mentally tougher...the treadmill should help with that as well
Hey, showing up is half the battle. And good work. You are getting really strong. And training is decent on my end. I think I need to change some things up to keep gaining though.
if u got the extra money heres a trick i use, its a super small meal, have a glass of 2% milk with 2/3 a cup of penuts every nite b4 bed its about 800 calories and takes up next to no sthomach space, and cuz of all the fats in the penuts it takes a long time to digesst so your body feeds while u rest
The only comp I'm aware of here is Mr. and Ms. Ball State bodybuilding show in the Spring. There might be a powerlifting comp, but I haven't heard of it.

yaa broo i bulk on about 3200 or so 6000 is rediculas on paper mabye but trust me i was taking digestive enzymes wen i was on 3800 or more cuz thats ALOT to sthomach
