How I Started:
I quit working out after I retired from the army. A couple of years later I saw a photo of myself and realized that large bump pushing my shirt front out was my stomach. I started walking a few miles the next day in hopes of ridding myself of that unsightly bulge.
Why I Love It:
A good morning workout makes me feel good the whole day.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing progress, the ripple in the tricep that wasn't there last month, the abs starting to peek out, the bicep sticking out from under the T-shirt, that's what keeps me going.
