How I Started:
I am an only child and was very much an introvert growing up. I preferred to do activities alone, and stumbled onto weightlifting in public school. I was instantly hooked and exercised regularly ever since. It was only until recently (2006) that I started researching proper nutrition. Since then, everything has been falling into place perfectly and I continue to improve my physique.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it is such an interpersonal challenge and experience. When I enter the gym, grab a weight or hit the cardio machines, it is just me. I push the weight, I run the miles, I do the work, I live with the results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Being proud of my physique and having people continually compliment me and ask for advice is incredibly humbling and fuels the fire inside to push myself harder.
BB Accomplishments:
Placing 2nd in Fitness Modelling and 3rd in Muscle Modelling at my first show, the Ainsley McSorley's FAME Model Search Championships!

Hey everyone! (if anyone reads this...lol).

I'm about 7 weeks out from the FAME Can/Am Championships taking place September 13 in Windsor, Ontario. I will be competing in the advanced Fitness and Muscle Model divisions. This will be my third contest.... gunning for pro baby!
