Background
I have always been physically active - I was a competitive gymnast when I was younger and I play tennis regularly. I like anything that requires discipline and dedication... So I naturally gravitated towards weightlifting.
I love the commitment it takes and the self discipline to succeed. I also love the strategy behind the training and always trying to figure out what to do next and how to constantly improve.

Medium weight: (90 second rest between se
...12 Week Challenge end
Posted in Training : Mar 20, 2011 3:06pmWhere do I begin?!? It seems like only a week ago I entered this contest! Although I didn't loose as much weight as I would have wanted (lost 12 lbs total) I am pleased overall that I was still able to retain my muscle mass and even added 1/2 " to my arms! I dropped the weight slowly (roughly 1lb a week) by incorporating longer duration/low intensity cardio and carb cycling. I also focused on moderate/lower weight and higher reps to try and bring out more separation and detail. I have to give a special shout out and thank you to fellow BodySpace member, Abdominator, for giving me help
