How I Started:
I have always been physically active - I was a gymnast as a child, and I play tennis regularly. I started weight training when I was in college and have always enjoyed it.
Why I Love It:
Working out is like therapy for me - I can focus on my goals and feel good afterwards.
How I Stay Motivated:
Sometimes it hard to stay motivated, but I generally try to mix up my routine often so I don't get bored. Also, if I don't like a particular exercise, I won't do them. There is no sense of doing something you hate.

Hey, yeah sorry about the lack of posts. I took a 1 month break after 8 weeks of Max-OT. I am back and ready to start my 2nd round of Max-OT. I will probably kick in some cardio with it as well. How have you been doing with the Max-OT?
How was training this week? I took yesterday and today off. Back at it tomorrow with back and shoulders. I must have really pushed myself harder this week. I was soo tired yesterday. LOL.
glad to hear your making progress man. i hit my pers. record for bf @12% so i'm pretty motivated. ive never had a 6 pack so getting to 4 is an accomplishment. LOL. the fat is stubborn, but so am I. keep pushing for greatness brother.
