How I Started:
I have always been physically active - I was a gymnast as a child, and I play tennis regularly. I started weight training when I was in college and have always enjoyed it.
Why I Love It:
Working out is like therapy for me - I can focus on my goals and feel good afterwards.
How I Stay Motivated:
Sometimes it hard to stay motivated, but I generally try to mix up my routine often so I don't get bored. Also, if I don't like a particular exercise, I won't do them. There is no sense of doing something you hate.
Heading to Vegas today. Not looking forward to the flight. I have to connect in Atlanta (yuck). We should arrive in Vegas around 10 - 11 pm which is 1-2 am my time!! Needless to say, It's going to be a long day. It will be hard to stick to a normal diet on vacation, so I plan on slipping up a...
glad to hear your making progress man. i hit my pers. record for bf @12% so i'm pretty motivated. ive never had a 6 pack so getting to 4 is an accomplishment. LOL. the fat is stubborn, but so am I. keep pushing for greatness brother.

You're my hero. 221 lbs? Wow, the most I was ever able to pack onto my frame was 200 lbs, and I was pretty chunky. You've got a good 1 1/2" on my height though. So I'll tone down my envy for that much ;-]

missed my leg workout last night so going today. i actually took a legs pic the other night and i was impressed with the gains overall. i must be doing something right!
