Morning GNC Male Health (Athlete) pro-packs vitamins. (8 pills) Which inluce 2 multis, B complex, Fish oils, L-Arginine, D and Zinz.

Create and Glutamine pre-Workout

A-Bomb pore-workout

"All Natural" Brand Whey Isolate after workout

One more Myofusion shake in the afternoon

AllMax TribX90 before bed

rezzie WHAAATT??!! Just discovered the supps "A-bomb" & "C-4"? Started them. Today I had THE best workout...probably ever for me. LOVE it!

  • Definitely not. (Sorry bb.com!!) for us Canadian peeps, *****************.com is the really cheap online version of Popeye's supplements. I buy from them.. But have also bought from some US sites. It's just the shopping/duty charges that made it completely not worth the trouble. It's the best deal I've found. Other than using popeye's when they have sales/multi-buy deals. And they are in YYC. One down by chinook and one up on 32ave ne. Haha. See??!! I still remember from my days living in YYC. Represent! Lol
    And just for the record--- and Overall BOOOO TO GNC. worst prices/selection. Even with their gold card. Hope that helps!

  • Progress happens slowly if you focus on it day to day. After a while, if you religiously post a pic and take measurements on here every 2 weeks you will see dramatic progress every 3 months if your lifting, eating, and sleeping is on point.

  • OK :) just had a rough morning / lame/no workout casue i was presed for time. TIS ALL GOOD! I'm gonna hit it hard firsdt thing tomorrow. This is a long day - started teaching at 9:am and finish up after my last class about 10:40 pm tonight... ouch!!! But thanks for the encouragement gents. JAHJAH... you're always holding it down for me :)) Sweet!!

  • It's 5 x 5 ;) IMO, you should begin now. You'll gain muscle and lean out at the same time, that's been my experience but what you eat is 90% of the battle. Get with me if you have questions or need help about food.

uithoven Dude, Thanks for the add. You transformation is impressive, keep it up, make it a lifestyle, don't ever stop. Are your legs just naturally that size ? or have you been working them, either way you've got many miles ahead of most with your calves and quads, push them hard they could be one of your best assets. I've been working mine hard lately and I fight the long muscle length and that makes any progress painfully slow on my legs. Let me know if I can help you somehow. May 17, 2013 11:17am

JesseTheRN I personally am not a fan of any kind of "pre workout booster" such as Arginine. I don't deny that it gives you an energy kick, it definitely does, but once you go off it you realize how insignificant of an enhancement it is, and in the end it's not worth what you pay for it. I have never tried a testosterone booster, but I'm sceptical... Other than that, looks awesome. Stick to to tried and true: Creatine, BCAAs (such as glutamine), vitamins and natural minerals, protein powder. May 13, 2013 5:18pm
