What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
well for weight loss i would say "look you just have to realize it is a matter of science you eat less calories about 500 less a day than you maintenance and add 500 cals worth of weightlifting and you got a 2lb weight loss at the end of the week. So no matter what if you just stick to that eventually (unless a medical condition prevents you)you will reach your goal... no doubt. I'm a living testament... Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Arnolds or Gustavo Badell-(minus the GH gut) Arnold is just all around symetry and if I wanted to get "freaky big" Gustavo has a decent physique at that level.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I drink a redbull or monster and the rest of my preworkout stack and listen to music on the car ride there.
