How I Started:
Got too fat , it was time for a change in my lifestyle , so i quit smoking drastically reduced my alcohol intake and started to train .
Why I Love It:
Seeing the changes you can produce by the hard work and dedication.
How I Stay Motivated:
The results i see week in and week out keep my striving to push harder each and every time i train . No pain , no gain !!
BB Accomplishments:
Loosing 30 pounds of overall weight . I weighed in at 233 and was looking a little too plump . I then decided it was time to change.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
i used a scivation outline for the diet with w 3500 cals. diet and just adjusted to either gain or lose.
