How I Started:
I took weights and conditioning class in high school. I also worked out for basketball and track. My brother is an inspiration to me, he taught me almost everything i know about nutrition and lifting.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel when I'm working out, and after I'm done. It's a good stress reliever.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am never completely satisfied with the way I look. That keeps me going.

How many days per week do you do cardio?
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I like the bike and eliptical, easier on the joints long term, and I had a few bad hamstring injuries so I couldn't run very good for a while.
What is your cardio exercise plan?
20-30 min high intensity after lifting.

crazy back workout.
10 regular pull-ups, 10 wide, 10 narrow (30 reps)
150lbs - Rows, twist at full extension - 3x10 on each side(60 reps), then overhand 3x10(30 reps), then underhand 3x10(30 reps)
225 lbs - rows, 5 sets of 8 - (48 reps)
Then I started at 225 and went down 15 lbs...
Started: Jan 11, 2008
Reason: Syntha-6 is the best.
Review: Lemonhedz lemonade doesn't taste that great. But most pre-workout drinks don't taste very good....
