Background
My older brother is a great wrestler, lifter, and older brother. He brought me down to Kusar's basement of PAIN every sunday right before my 8th grade wrestling season to start squatting. Ive been researching techniques mostly on this website, and Ive been taking advice from a lot of the people who have been lifting for quite some time. After my freshman highschool wrestling season ended, I had free time after school to workout, so i decided to apply these techniques to myself. After a little bit, I adjusted certain workouts, found my start weight, and developed my daily routine. After another week, I started supplementing on creatine and protein about 1 week after I started to hit the gym daily.
Makes me stronger, more competitive during sports, and attracts attention from the girls at school. (:
