I lifted off and on thru high school and started to get serious about 2000.
Had two awesome little boys and a girl, sorta got taken from bodybuilding.I started to lift again August of 2008.
Why I Love It:
Gives me a personal sense of self accomplishment. I love the feel of pushing past sticking points.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching Lee Priest videos. Kickin biker girls butt! I have found an awesome friend that helps me to stay motivated, Great workout partner.. Thank You babaaayyy

Well,
Lifting heavy!! Down into 3,4 rep ranges and doing supersets for all groups. Really workin on legs lifting heavy and pukin every other week!on leg day that is.
Traing quads and hams seperate, abs in the AM 4 days a week and calves twice a week. Really killing the quads every other...
I've been wanting to try sweet potatoes in my diet - I've never had them without brown sugar and marshmallows (thanks mom), lol. About posing - I bought a DVD from BB.com and it has helped, but without a bunch of mirrors or someone to watch, I'm just not sure I'm doing it right. Are you already practicing your poses?

I had my last hooorah a while ago - this weekend I just chilled at home with my husband, worked out and watched movies - I got all my food prep done for this week yesterday. Amazing how much that helps! What are your main foods right now for building and staying lean?

Hey! Haven't heard from you in a minute! Prep is going alot better now that I got my butt back in the gym! Alot more variety now and I can train heavier on the machines than I can at home with free weights - just safer! So I split my time 50-50 now between home and gym. Diet is going well, no alcohol and upping my protein. Starting to see more ab def in the last 2 weeks or so. How about you?
Could you look any cooler there? How is that killer physique coming along! What show will you be doing in March 2010? Hope all is good in your world. Take care, BB

Hey Bud.....u doing the Upper Midwest Show? I did the Gopher State in St. Paul last year. Met the promoter of the Fargo show there.
i've been great man. just trying to pack on some LEAN MASS! not the 278 like last year even though i did stay warm in this hell we call ND. ahhaha. thanks bro! keep it up and have a great week!
