How I Started:
I lifted off and on thru high school and started to get serious about 2000. Had two awesome little boys and a girl, sorta got taken from bodybuilding.I started to lift again August of 2008.
Why I Love It:
Gives me a personal sense of self accomplishment. I love the feel of pushing past sticking points.
How I Stay Motivated:
My awesome girlfriend is so supportive of me and my goals and dreams. She is always there to give me the push I sometimes need. She doesn't let me slack, thank you so much for being in my life baby!

Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?

What is it?
Asthma
How does fitness help you with your condition? What do you have to do differently in your program since you have this condition?
I actually have since stopped all medications for my asthma!! Woo Hoo thanks to fitness. Pretty easy to justify the gym membership!

Well,
Lifting heavy!! Down into 3,4 rep ranges and doing supersets for all groups. Really workin on legs lifting heavy and pukin every other week!on leg day that is.
Traing quads and hams seperate, abs in the AM 4 days a week and calves twice a week. Really killing the quads every other...
