How I Started:
I am on my second deployment to Iraq after an akle injury set me back for over a year and I ballooned to 265. It is time to get my life back together and begin advancing my career once again
Why I Love It:
I can see how far I have come, and I can see where I want to be. This is something that once you meet the goal, there is another waiting for you. It is never over, as long as you have the desire!
How I Stay Motivated:
All the people that are complimenting the weight that I have lost, and knowing that I have that much farther to go. Turn the volume to 10 and push weight!

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Elliptical. I am able to get a great workout with low impact on my legs and ankle. I try to save my ankle as much as possible. Plus I feel that I get a good leg workout.
