Yeah, lacto-ovo vegetarian. Its great! I drink lots of whey protein and soy protein and read up on nutrition, I became veg before I wanted to lose weight (at 16) but I lost weight any way and my energy levels went up, you gotta be informed though or it can be more harm than good.
