I used to work out alot when I was a kid. One auto accident and and a couple of surgerys and 15 years later I weighed in at 345lbs. I just started to work out recently cause I'm tired of feeling sluggish and tired of my body hurting all the time.
Why I Love It:
Seeing the results. My clothes are starting to get looser and the scale is telling the tell!
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at my fat self in the mirror and seeing pics of me on stage and not being proud of them.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet but stay tuned. I'm gonna put a new pic up every month to show my results!

This was taken when I first started. I was 345 lbs. I wanted to get healthy
I would like to loose 100 lbs but would like to add more muscle. So maybe loose 140 lbs of fat.
Goal (Long):
I want my man tits to be firm pecs and my stomach not to overflow my pants. NO TOOL SHED! I would like my arms to be defined. At this point I'm not trying to be a pro bodybuilder. I'm not sure my skin will ever go back tight enough to be ripped but I still want to look better than I do.
What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
Bodyfortress Protien shakes. Vanilla

What is the best type of protein for you?
Whey Protein
Why is this type of protein best?
Get my protein from raw eggs, lowfat cottage cheese, beans, chicken, and lean steak and protien shakes. I'm losing fat and gaining muscle so it must work!

Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Yes
Why or why not?
Because I'm trying to lead by example. Set a standard for myself and show that it can be achieved
Ah, springtime in the Rockies! The skys are blue, the birds are singing, the trees are coming back to life, and all around Denver chubby guys are rolling up their sleeves and convincing themselves that they have muscles!! I know you've had to see them. Fat guys with their sleeves rolled...
Hey Im a big bald bastard too. lol. I just wanted to say AWESOME progress man. Im sitting at 316 now. Down from 332. Im still waiting for the VISUAL results, But i feel a CRAP load better than i did. So Keep up the good work man.
Hey Rev, Stay the course. A plateau can hang in there for a week, or a month. But eventually it will succumb to your will! One thought, since you've lost so much weight, now may be the time for you to eat a little more and lift harder. Turn all those calories into muscle and energy!
Looking good! That's a lot of lard you lost, bro. You must feel a lot better too! That other dud is right, from here, you're really going to start looking amazing. Keep it up. Keep rocking!
I just want to applaud you and your progress. I've started down the same path and hope to see as much progress as you have. Keep your head up, you've gotten this far, you can only get farther.
