I started lifting weights my senior year of high school for the basketball season. My coach had us doing a whole-body workout 3 days/week, but I thought I would be proactive and do that same workout 5 days/week. Turns out its not so good to bench, squat, row, curl, etc every day!
Why I Love It:
I am a perfectionist. I want to make my body perfect, like a sculpture.
How I Stay Motivated:
Within the last 3 months I told myself I wanted to take bodybuilding seriously and actually compete in a NATURAL show sometime near May 08. Plus, I just love being at the gym. Even while I was just sort of lifting to stay in shape, I loved it.
BB Accomplishments:
1st Place Bantamweight Division at the NPC Heartland Natural Classic 4/5/08.
2nd Place Novice Lightweight Division at the NPC Heartland Natural Classic 4/5/08.
2nd Place Lightweight Division at the NPC Fox Cities Bodybuilding Show 4/19/08.

Hey bro....its nice to see someone in the exact same position as me. I am sitting at 150-160 solid right now for 1 month. I really think i need to track what i am eating. I mean my basic instink is eating every 2 hours and getting in proper protein and what not. I dont work well with carbs ( i get bloated and gasy) so i dont eat as much of those. I usually go one meal protein/fat then next meal i will add a carb. Give me more hints if u get any though bro. Thanks for messaging me!
thanks man and GOD NO, i dont believe in palumbos diet stratigy! oh course it works but its a cookie cut diet...it can work with anyone. dont get me wrong palumbo is a very intelligent person and knows his sh!t...but i know myself better then anyone else. i have fined tuned my diet so im not out of my comfort zone. i probably have 1g of protein & 1-2g of carbs per bodyweight..est? i like to eat so i'm willing to do more work to be comfortable bro.
